I am a master's student in public administration at the School of Government, Beijing Normal University. My research interests lie in platform regulation, AI governance, and behavioral public administration. Across these areas, I ask how the governance of digital technology shapes citizens' behavior and their judgments of the government.我现为北京师范大学政府管理学院公共管理专业硕士研究生。我的研究兴趣主要集中在平台监管、人工智能治理与行为公共管理。在这些领域中，我关注数字技术治理如何塑造公民行为及其对政府的判断。

In Government Information Quarterly, my co-authors and I examined how different regulatory instruments influence public acceptance of algorithmic recommender systems. My undergraduate thesis, published in Policy & Internet, extended this inquiry from technology acceptance to online expression, showing that mandatory IP-location disclosure has divergent effects across contexts: it reduces negative sentiment toward government accounts but intensifies it toward non-government accounts. Together, these studies examine how digital technologies interact with platforms, regulators, and citizens. My current research shifts attention to technology within the state itself, examining how citizens assign responsibility when AI-assisted administrative decisions fail.在发表于 Government Information Quarterly 的研究中，我与合作者考察了不同监管工具如何影响公众对算法推荐系统的接受。我的本科毕业论文后发表于 Policy & Internet，将这一问题从技术采纳延伸至网络表达，并发现强制显示 IP 属地在不同情境下产生差异化影响：它降低了政府账号下的负面情绪，却加剧了非政府账号下的负面情绪。总体而言，这些研究考察了数字技术如何与平台、监管者及公民互动。我目前的研究进一步将关注点转向政府内部的技术应用，探讨人工智能辅助行政决策失误时，公民如何进行责任归因。
